We are seeking a bilingual customer service representative to join our team.
This is a hybrid role that requires working both in person and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a call centre environment. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing information to clients, obtaining and examining relevant information to assess client feedback and complaints, and explaining procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
