Fruit Farming Labourer

This position requires English language proficiency and does not require a degree, certificate, or diploma. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

Work Location & Environment:

This is an on-site role, meaning all work must be completed at the physical location, with no remote options available. The work takes place in a rural area within a fruit and vegetable combination farming environment, where conditions may be outdoors, dusty, and hot.

Key Responsibilities:

Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas. Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops. Train trees to produce higher-quality fruit. Weed, fertilize, and spray crops. Harvest crops and examine products for quality and market readiness. Cut horticultural crops.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work. Ability to distinguish between colors. Standing for extended periods. Walking and overtime may be required.
